Welcome to our website! By booking our Umrah and Hajj packages or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be made before the specified deadline to confirm your package.

2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or in-person at our office.
Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Visa Processing

We facilitate visa processing; however, the approval of the visa is solely at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.

4. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

All package inclusions (such as airfare, accommodation, meals, transportation, and ziyarat tours) are mentioned explicitly in the package details.
Items not mentioned in the package are considered exclusions and will be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date.

6. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum of 6 months) and other travel documents.
Incorrect or missing documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we are not liable.

7. Health and Safety

Pilgrims must ensure they are medically and physically fit to travel.
Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed to us at the time of booking.

8. Accommodation and Transportation

The accommodation and transportation services provided are as per the package details.
We are not responsible for any changes in hotel or transport services by third parties.

9. Group Travel

This is a group package, and individual preferences cannot be accommodated during group activities.
Pilgrims must adhere to group schedules and guidelines provided by the tour manager.

10. Liability

We act as intermediaries between pilgrims and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.). We are not liable for any service interruptions or failures by third parties.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, cancellations, or political events), we will make reasonable efforts to manage the situation, but additional costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.

11. Behavior and Conduct

Pilgrims are expected to behave respectfully and follow local laws and customs during the trip.
Any misconduct may result in immediate removal from the group without refund.

12. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or services in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political situations, or operational issues.
Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
